Backyard Wedding 2021

Renaissance Catering was honored to provide an unforgettable dining experience for a beautiful backyard wedding held at a luxurious home in Las Vegas. The intimate atmosphere, set against the backdrop of the couple’s personal space, created the perfect setting for a sit-down dinner for 75 guests, blending elegance with comfort.

The evening began with a selection of delightful appetizers, starting with our signature Caprese skewers, featuring fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and fragrant basil, drizzled with a rich balsamic glaze. Guests were also treated to ceviche shooters, offering a tangy and refreshing bite of citrus-marinated seafood, as well as vibrant fruit platters, showcasing an array of sweet, fresh, and juicy seasonal fruits.

For the main course, we prepared a hearty and flavorful meal. Guests enjoyed a pairing of white rice and green chilis alongside a colorful and savory stir-fry, filled with crisp vegetables and flavorful sauces. The star of the dinner was our perfectly grilled, juicy steak, seasoned and cooked to perfection, offering a tender and delicious centerpiece for the meal.

To end the celebration on a sweet note, we served an assortment of decadent desserts, allowing guests to indulge in rich and flavorful treats that added the perfect finishing touch to the evening.
